1. What Solrova Is

Solrova is a technology platform that provides two services:

2. What Solrova Is Not

Solrova is a technology platform and lead generation intermediary. Solrova is not:

Solrova does not install solar panels, perform roofing work, arrange financing, or provide professional advice of any kind. All installation work, warranties, permits, and financing arrangements are between you and the Installer Partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this Site. By using Solrova, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

4. Savings Estimates — Projections, Not Guarantees

All savings estimates provided by Solrova are projections for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees of actual savings.

Your actual solar savings will vary based on many factors that Solrova cannot control or predict with certainty, including but not limited to:

Solrova provides a confidence tier (A through D) on each proposal to indicate how much of the estimate is based on real, location-specific data versus regional averages and defaults. A higher confidence tier means more of your inputs were verified against actual data sources. You should treat all estimates as approximate ranges, not precise predictions.

5. Data Sources & Methodology

Solrova estimates are derived from the following public and third-party data sources:

When location-specific data is unavailable (e.g., PVWatts API is unreachable or your utility rate plan is not in our database), Solrova uses regional fallback values. This is reflected in a lower confidence tier on your proposal.

6. 2026 Federal Tax Credit Status

Solrova displays information about federal solar tax incentives. As of 2026, please be aware:

Tax credit information is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change. Always consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific situation. Solrova is not a tax advisor and does not provide tax advice.

7. TCPA Consent & Lead Routing

By submitting the lead form on Solrova, you expressly consent to be contacted by Solrova and one solar installation partner specifically identified at the point of consent, via phone call, text message, and email — including through automated or AI-generated messages — regarding solar products and services.

This consent complies with the FCC's January 27, 2025 one-to-one consent rule, which requires that each company that may contact you is named individually at the time you provide consent.

Key terms of your consent:

Solrova retains all TCPA consent records for a minimum of 7 years in an append-only, immutable database. These records include the verbatim consent text, timestamp, IP address, session ID, and identity of the installer partner named. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Installer Partner Disclaimer

Solrova is a lead generation and matching platform only. Solrova is not liable for the quality, performance, pricing, workmanship, warranties, permits, or any other aspect of solar installation work performed by any Installer Partner.

9. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Solar savings estimates, payback period projections, IRR calculations, loan/lease/PPA comparisons, and incentive information are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Tax credits, rebates, net metering policies, and incentive programs are subject to change based on legislation, regulatory action, and utility policy. These changes may be retroactive or prospective and may significantly affect your actual savings. Always consult a qualified tax professional, financial advisor, or attorney before making a solar investment decision.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Solrova.com — including text, graphics, visual design, user interface, source code, calculation methodology, logos, and the Solrova brand — is the proprietary property of Solrova or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Site.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, retain, and protect your information, including your rights under the CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws.

13. Disclaimers

The Site, savings calculator, lead matching service, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

Solrova does not warrant that: (a) the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components; (b) savings estimates will accurately predict actual savings; (c) data from third-party sources (NREL, EIA, Google) is accurate or current; or (d) any Installer Partner will perform satisfactorily.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solrova and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, cost of procurement of substitute services, or any damages arising from reliance on savings estimates — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the services, regardless of the theory of liability, even if Solrova has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Solrova's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred dollars ($100) or (b) the total amount you have paid to Solrova (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solrova and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any dispute between you and an Installer Partner.

16. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to have a jury trial.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of Solrova, shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Las Vegas, Nevada or via videoconference at your election.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND SOLROVA EACH AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Unless both you and Solrova agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@solrova.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Small Claims Exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies under the court's jurisdictional limits.

The arbitration venue [CITY, STATE] needs to be set. Recommendation: use the city where the company is registered. If operating primarily in Arizona, consider Phoenix, AZ. If registered as a Texas LLC, consider Austin or Houston. This decision should align with the governing law choice in Section 17.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

The Delaware must be chosen. This typically matches the state of incorporation. Options to discuss: (1) Delaware — favorable corporate law if forming a C-Corp; (2) Arizona — if that's where operations are based; (3) Texas — if registering as a Texas LLC. Alex Rivera recommends aligning governing law with the state of entity formation.

18. State-Specific Terms

Certain states have consumer protection laws that may limit or modify provisions of these Terms, including limitations of liability and disclaimer of warranties. To the extent any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory protections under the laws of your state of residence, the mandatory state law provisions shall prevail.

Residents of California, New Jersey, and other states with heightened consumer protection statutes may have additional rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any such non-waivable rights.

19. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.
