Solrova, Inc. wants every homeowner to be able to use solrova.com, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This page describes the standard we work to, what we test, and how to tell us when something is not working for you.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines cover things like color contrast, keyboard access, focus management, text alternatives for images, and clear labeling of forms and buttons.
Accessibility checks are part of how this site is built and maintained. Our design system uses contrast-checked color tokens for text and links. Pages carry a skip-to-content link, labeled forms, and visible focus states. We run automated WCAG 2.1 AA scans (axe-core and Lighthouse) against key pages, and rendered pages are reviewed at desktop and mobile widths before changes ship.
Some parts of the Solar Design Studio rely on interactive maps and satellite imagery. We provide the resulting numbers as text alongside the imagery, but the map interaction itself may be difficult to use with a screen reader. If you cannot complete a design because of this, contact us and we will help you get the same information another way.
If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology, we want to know. Email legal@solrova.com with the page address and a short description of the problem and the technology you were using. We read every report and prioritize fixes that block someone from completing a task.
