By checking the box below, on behalf of the company named in this application I certify that:

1. Authority and accuracy. I am authorized to submit this application for the company, and the information provided is true and complete.
2. Licensing and good standing. The company holds the licenses and registrations required to sell or install residential solar, as applicable to the company’s role, in each state it serves, and is not subject to any unresolved suspension, revocation, or disciplinary action.
3. TCPA and contact compliance. For every homeowner lead Solrova delivers, the company will contact the homeowner only through the channels the homeowner consented to (phone, text, and/or email) and only during permitted calling hours — the federal window of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the homeowner’s local time, or stricter hours where state law requires — and will immediately honor any do-not-call, STOP, or opt-out request. The company will maintain its own records of consent and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and all applicable state telemarketing, autodialer, and do-not-call laws (including the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Texas SB 1036, and Washington CEMA where applicable).
4. Lead use and no resale. The company will use each homeowner’s contact information only to follow up on that homeowner’s solar inquiry, consistent with the homeowner’s consent to be contacted by Solrova and one matched Solar Partner, and will not sell, re-sell, share, or transfer Solrova leads to any third party.
5. Non-discrimination. The company will offer its services to any homeowner within its declared service area without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, age, or other protected characteristic, consistent with the Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and applicable state anti-discrimination law.
6. Response commitment. The company will make a first contact attempt on each delivered lead within 24 hours.
7. Honest representation. The company will not misrepresent Solrova, the company, pricing, savings, incentives, or the federal solar tax credit to any homeowner, consistent with the FTC Act and applicable state UDAP laws.
8. Verification and agreement. I authorize Solrova to verify the company’s licensing, insurance, and business standing, and I understand that a signed Master Services Agreement (or Spot Lead Purchase Order) is required before any leads are delivered.

I understand that each of these statements is a material representation to Solrova, that any false statement is grounds for denial or removal from the network and indemnification of Solrova for resulting claims, and that these representations will be incorporated into the Solar Partner Agreement the company executes before receiving leads.
